eKiosk is a service that allows patients to check in on their devices or on the practice devices to update their appointment status in D4W on their arrival at the practice.
Default settings for the timeframe that a patient can check in is within 30 minutes past the time of booked appointment and 1 hour before booked appointment. If out this time no appointment will show.
Using the Patient's Device

Patient brings up webpage on their phone (practice can set up a QR code)

Patient enters their First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth and Mobile Number

Click Next

Click booked appointment

Click Next

Confirmation message will appear and the appointment will show as Arrived in Appointment book
Using Practice Device

Bring up web page on practice device

Patient enters their First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth and Mobile Number

Confirmation will appear and the appointment will show as Arrived in Appointment book
eKiosk Check In with eForms Linked
eKiosk can be linked with eForms so that patients are redirected to fill out required eForms after check in is complete.

After check in has been completed patient will be redirected from check in page

Patient will be sent a SMS with code, enter code in Confirmation Code

Click OK

Patient will be directed to fill out any required eForms
