Will I get a notification when a patient is due to update their eForm?

No, you will need to check manually. Here are instructions on where to find processed eForms for an individual patient. 

How can I check if a patient already has been sent an eForm to fill out? 

If the form link was sent via SMS, you can find it in SMS Messaging Report. If the form link was sent via email, you can find it in your 'Sent' box in your email account.

When a patient books online, will an eForm be sent automatically?  

After a patient books an appointment via eAppointment, they can be redirected to an eForm. You can setup manual or automated SMS that includes the eForm link and send SMS to patients prior to their appointment.

eForms - can I use one Guest User account for two tablets simultaneously?

No, you can only use one guest user account on one tablet at a time. If you have two tablets and want both to be logged in as a guest user, you must have two separate Guest User accounts, one for each.

Can you set the class to eAppointments so it automatically books into your appointment book as a specific colour? 

No, but you can set up mandatory reasons so patient must select a reason for their eAppointment. This will then show as an appointment note and staff can update the class accordingly.
