When a patient checks themself in with eKiosk they can be redirected to fill out eForms that are due.

Go to Location Management > eServices tab > eKiosk sub-tab

Click Select eForms...

Synced eForms will be listed
- Tick All forms for patients to be directed to fill out all synced eForms during check in
- Untick All forms to select manually eForms to be Included for patients during check in
- Select Patient Type e.g. New for New Patient Medical History so only new patients will be asked to fill out this form
- Select Frequency form is to be filled out e.g. Once for New Patient Medical History
- Select OK
