Kiosk Settings

eKiosk is a service that allows patients to check in on their device or on the practice device to update their appointment status in D4W on their arrival at the practice.

Contact us to setup eKiosk.

Enable 

This enables D4W to connect to eKiosk as a web service.

  1. Location Setup > General tab > Group: Kiosk Settings

  2. Enable eKiosk as a web service > Yesmceclip1.png

This enables D4W to connect to eKiosk for location.

  1. Location Setup > General tab > Group: Kiosk Settings

  2. Enable Self Check in (Local) > Yesmceclip2.png

Redirect to eForms

Patients can be redirected to eForms after completing check in. 

  1. Location Setup > General tab > Group: Kiosk Settings

  2. Redirect to eForms on Patient Arrival > Yes

Check In Start and Finish Time

The amount of time the system will search for a patients appointment from the current time. Its recommended to set it for 30 mins in the past and 60 mins in the future. This is to ensure the privacy for the patient. If the booked appointment is out of this time frame it will say there is no booking found.

  1. Location Management>General> Group: Kiosk Settings

  2. At Check in start time enter -30 (recommended)mceclip1.png

  3. At Check in end time enter 60 (recommended)mceclip2.png
