With eAppointments, a deposit can be collected at the time of booking an online appointment. The practice can specify which providers and reasons require a deposit.

Settings

Before setting up deposits, the following configurations must be completed

  1. Within the eServices portal

  2. Go to Menu > Practice Management                                                                                               

  3. Select eAppointments Management

  4. Select Display Options

  5. Tick Selection of Reason is mandatory

  6. If Use easy booking mode is selected, then untick

  7.  ePayments Terms of Service

    1. Select the Default Text
    2. To customise the Service text according to your requirements, select Custom text and then make the necessary changes or additions
    3. The provider reasons must be set up for each provider
