With eAppointments, a deposit can be collected at the time of booking an online appointment. The practice can specify which providers and reasons require a deposit.
Settings
Before setting up deposits, the following configurations must be completed

Within the eServices portal

Go to Menu > Practice Management

Select eAppointments Management

Select Display Options
-
Tick Selection of Reason is mandatory

If Use easy booking mode is selected, then untick

ePayments Terms of Service
- Select the Default Text
- To customise the Service text according to your requirements, select Custom text and then make the necessary changes or additions
- The provider reasons must be set up for each provider
- Select the Default Text
