Ensure UTA appointment status and item triggers are setup for optimised workflow.

Go to the Appointment Book > Right Click on Appointment > Modify Slot...

Add the UTA status within Appointment Status

Click OK

Depending on preferences selected, the appointment will either

Remain onscreen > Right Click on Appointment > Copy to Cancellation List

Automatically move to the Cancellation List, enter the Reason when prompted
