Mark Appointment as Unable to Attend (UTA)

Ensure UTA appointment status and item triggers are setup for optimised workflow. 

  1. Go to the Appointment Book > Right Click on Appointment > Modify Slot...

  2. Add the UTA status within Appointment Status

  3. Click OK

  4. Depending on preferences selected, the appointment will either

    1. Remain onscreen > Right Click on Appointment > Copy to Cancellation List

    2. Automatically move to the Cancellation List, enter the Reason when prompted
