Assign Communication Methods when Mobile is Entered


When entering a mobile number for a patient the Send To fields for Appointment, Recalls and Queries reminders can be selected as SMS by default.


  1. Go to Location Setup > General tab

  2. Group: Patients

  3. Assign Communication Methods when Mobile is entered                       mceclip1.png

    1. Automatic: The Send To field will default to SMS for Appt reminders, Recalls and Queries

    2. With Prompt: When entering a mobile number the system will display the following messagemceclip2.png

    3.  No: Users manually select the communication method for patients
