Create Letter for a Patient

Letter templates are available from all patient files. 

  1. Go to Patient Records > Letters tab

  2. Click Find icon / Press Crtl+F on the keyboard to find the correct patient

  3. Highlight the Category (left of screen) the template to be used is saved within

  4. Double click on the Template (right of screen) to use for this patient

    1. Make changes / additions to the letter per the requirements for this patient

    2. Go to File menu > Save / Print / Send

    3. File menu > Exit

Saved letters can be found under View Letters: All
