The 'Internet Upgrade' process has detected that you are still using 'Dental4Windows'.
To continue with Internet upgrade:
a) Close 'Dental4Windows' on all computers
b) Click YES and 'Dental4Windows' and related Sybase services will close
After 3 attempts the 'Internet Upgrade' process has failed to close 'Dental4Windows' and all related utilities. Please close these processes manually and try again.
This is likely due to the database still running or an instance of d4w97.exe / echat.exe running in the background.
If the database is stopped and the error remains, browse to the Task Manager processes
- Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to access Task Manager
Select any instances of d4w97.exe or eChat.exe and click End Process
Click Yes to error message and the upgrade should continue
