Go to Patients Records > Patient Details tab

Find the Family Head file
-
Change the Status from Family Head to Family Member

Select the new Family Head
-
Click OK
-

Change the Status from Family Member to Family Head

Click Clear
-
Find the new/correct family
-
Ensure the correct family is listed
-
Click OK
-
Click Yes to make this person responsible for Recalls, Invoices, Queries and Appointment reminders for others in the family. Click No to keep their current settings.
