Add Cancellation Reasons

Additional reasons for appointment cancellation can be added into the database for reporting purposes.

For example, Rescheduled can be used for appointments copied/moved to cancellation list, which have been rescheduled. The appointments linked to any added reasons will be counted as ‘Other Reasons” in reports related to cancellation analysis. 

  1. Go to Location Setup > System Tables tab

  2. System Tables: Appointment Cancellation – common ‘Reason’ list

    1. Click Add

    2. Enter new reason
