    During this session you will explore:

    - How to create Custom Fields in D4W
    - How to convert your paper form into a working eForm
    - How you can send eForms to patients prior to coming into the practice or in practice using Guest User
    - Reporting on patients data
    - Other uses for eForms including the Department of Health approved CDBS form usage
