If using the manual recall, debtors and/or queries tab, the e-mail send method should be selected. The Letters tab of Patient Records also follows this setting.

Go to Location Setup > General tab

Send LETTERS/RECALLS via e-mail as

File attached: The letter is sent as a file attached to the e-mail (default setting, not recommended)

Text only: The letter will be sent as plain text. Images and font formatting is ignored (not recommended)

HTML format: The letter will be sent in the body of the e-mail (recommended)
