Set the SMS Threshold for Automated Batches

In this article you will find the following:

    To control the number of SMS allowed to be sent from a batch, set an SMS Threshold. 

    Only users with security permission can set/edit the SMS Threshold. 

    Set Security on Modules/Features/Actions

    Set Security Permissions

    1. Go to Location Setup > General tab

    2. Group: SMS Settings

    3. Enter the number in SMS Batch Threshold
