Terminal Server Bridge can save images to local PC, this allows customers to continue to save their files if there is an issue connecting to the Terminal Server.
Note: Mediasuite will allow the user to work in an 'Offline' mode, saving the images temporarily and then transferring them manually into Mediasuite once the connection is re-established.

Start Mediascan ((Offline) Media Suite Scanner)

File menu > Offline mode

Click the device icon

In the 'Patients detail' window

Enter the patient’s name (Ensure the spelling is correct as later it will use this name to try to find a match in Mediasuite).

Click OK

Capture the image and preview it in the Capture interface
