CMScan stores all images captured on the local pc where the image was taken and keeps them for 14 days. It is possible to recover the images stored at any time within these 14 days in case of accidental deletion, etc.

Once the connection to the Terminal Server is restored launch Mediasuite

Bring up the correct patient

Click the
button to start the Terminal Server Bridge

File menu > Recovery (Objects recovery interface will come up)

Select View
-
Select Offline radio button

Find the images to recover on the left of the screen

Select the files needed by marking the tick box

Click Recover selected objects

The Image Processing screen will appear as normal
