Publish an eForm for Patients to Use

In this article you will find the following:

    When an eForm is ready for patients to use, it must be published. 

    1. Within the eServices portal

    2. Go to Menumceclip0.png > Practice Management           

    3. Go to eForm Manager

      1. Against the relevant eForm, click the mceclip1.png in the Status column to publish online
