Managing Replies to SMS Sent from Recalls


When an SMS is sent from Recalls and the patient replies, the reply can be found in SMS Manager. 

  1. Go to Location Management > SMS Manager tab

  2. Select Recalls from the Inbox

    1. View replies on the right of page

    2. Double click or hover over the message to read the full Message Text

    3. Right click on the message to easily access the patients' file        
    4. When actions have been completed, e.g. Patient has been contacted and nothing further to do, select the message and click Move to Archive
