A parent/guardian/carer responsible for a child account (usually a person who is NOT a patient) can be added to the system.

Go to Patient Records > Patients tab

Find/View menu > Guardians List

Click Add New
-
Enter the details

Click to assign communication methods for Recalls or Invoices

Select the communication method and click OK
-
Click OK to save the Guardian
-
The patient's Invoices, Recalls and/or Queries can be set to the Guardian

Select Guardian from first drop down menu, then which guardian from second drop down menu
