Reconnect HICAPS Terminal to D4W Cloud

HICAPS terminal needs to be reconned each time users open D4W Cloud. E.g. If you close D4W Cloud because you are leaving for the day, when you reopen you need to reconned the terminal. 

How to place in network name for Hicaps on D4W Cloud:

1. Reconnect HICAPS Terminal

   1. Connect into D4W cloud

   2. Go down to the taskbar of D4W

   3. Right-click the Blue Hicaps icon
      

   4. Click Configure
      
      

   5. The following window will appear 

      

   6. Network Name: Enter Network name to be used, E.g The dental practice

   7. Click Save

   8. Click Force Terminal Rescan

2. D4W Cloud Selection

   1. Open D4W Cloud 

   2. Go to: Go to menu
      

   3. Select HICAPS Terminal selection...
      

   4. On this screen, you will see a list of terminal IDS, select the terminal ID that you will be using for the claim

   5. Click Ok
