PatientCare: Roles (Permission & Access levels)

  1. Organisation Manager (access to all centres within the organisation)

    1. Alerts - See & action alerts (resolve, chat)

    2. Patients - See all patient profiles​

    3. Visits - See all visits​

    4. Content - some edit availability (messages send time & content of text messages). Toggle messages on/off 

    5. Analytics - see information for all centres, all practitioners

    6. Settings:

      1. Manage members: add members, edit members, deactivate/activate members​

      2. Manage centers:  add centers, edit centres, deactivate/activate centres

    7. See import results

    8. Will receive - email notification of alerts, monthly email​.

  2. Centre Manager (can have access to 1 or multiple centres. Only sees information for those selected centres)

    1. Alerts -See & action alerts (resolve, chat)

    2. Patients - See all patient profiles

    3. Visits - See all visits

    4. Content – read only

    5. Analytics - see information for all centers, all practitioners

    6. Settings: 

      1. Manage members: add members (but they cannot add Organisation Managers), edit members (except Org Managers), deactivate/activate members

      2. Manage centers:  edit centres, deactivate/activate centres

    7. See import results
    8. Will receive - email notification of alerts, monthly email​
  3. Receptionist (can have access to 1 or multiple centres. Only sees information for those selected centres)

    1. Alerts -See & action alerts (resolve, chat)

    2. Patients - See all patient profiles​

    3. Visits - See all visits​

    4. Content – read only​

    5. Analytics - see information for all centers, all practitioners​

    6. Settings: ​

  4. Doctor 

    1. Alerts -See & action alerts (resolve, chat), only for those patients they have treated

    2. Patients - See all patient profiles, only for those patients they have treated​

    3. Visits - See all visits, only for those patients they have treated​

    4. Content – read only​

    5. Analytics - *currently not enabled for Doctors, coming soon.

    6. Settings: ​

      1. Manage members: can only edit own profile​

      2. Manage centers:  read only​

    7. Will receive – monthly email (when email address available on member profile)​
