Automatically Add a Recall Item to Treatment when Recalls are sent

When a Recall reminder is sent successfully to a patient, D4W/PSS can automatically add an item to the Treatment tab.  

The item needs to be configured. 
 

  1. Go to Location Setup > General tab

  2. Select Group: Treatment 

  3. Set Automatically add item in Treatment when a Recall is sent to Yes

  4. Go to Location Setup > Items tab

  5. Highlight the Recalls sent to patient item > Other Details sub-tab

  6. Tick Non-Treatment 

  7. Tick Recall

  8. The selected item will appear in Treatment automatically
