In this article you will find the following:

    When previewing a patient's treatment clinical notes, can be changed.

    1. Go to Location Setup > General tab

    2. Group: Treatment

    3. Clinical notes shown as

      1. Grouped: When previewing all notes in treatment also show all items done on that date.

      2. Line: When previewing all notes in treatment only show the item that the note is added to.

    Preview all Clinical Notes
