Items Performed by a Provider Report

This report is only available to users with Business Intelligence Module and working in a Multiple Location Environment.

When a provider works at multiple locations, this is the report to be run for all items performed by the provider across all locations. Alternatively, user can run Items Performance report multiple times for each location the provider works at.

Run the Report

  1. Go to Location Management > Reports tab

  2. Group: Business Intelligence Module

  3. Open Items Performed by a Provider report

    1. Date: Select the period to base this report on

    2. Location: Select the location or Select All to include all locations

    3. Provider: Select Provider(s) or Select All to include in report

    4. Show Inactive Locations: Tick to include inactive location(s)

    5. Show inactive providers as well: Tick to include inactive Providers

    6. Orientation: Select Portrait or Landscape style to view/print the report

    7. Click OK

Report Details

The report shows the quantity of each item performed by the provider, separated by the location
