Key Performance Indicators need to be setup for each Provider prior to running Key Performance Indicators Report.

Go to Location Management > Providers tab

Operations menu > Set Key Performance Indicators

Select the Provider

Enter Productive and Administrative Hours for the Provider for each day

Productive Hours: Hours per day that are billable to the client. E.g. Patient Appointments

Administrative Hours: Hours set aside to complete tasks that are not billable. E.g. Meetings

Click Exit when finished
