SMS Reply Retrieval Method

In this article you will find the following:

    This setting allows users to choose whether SMS replies are automatically retrieved, or manually by the user with SMS Manager.

    1. Go to Location Setup > General tab

    2. Group: SMS Settings

    3. Retrieval Method

      1. Automatically: SMS replies are automatically retrieved (default setting, recommended)

      2. Manually: Replies need to be retrieved within SMS Manager

        1. Go to Location Management > SMS Manager tab

        2. Click Retrieve SMS Replies
