Security: Make the ‘REASON” for delete/modify mandatory


A reason can be required when deleting/modifying records (eg Invoices, Receipts, Treatment Items). 

  1. Go to Location Setup > General tab

  2. Group: System Settings

    1. Security: Make the ‘REASON” for delete/modify mandatory:

      1. No: No reason is required (Default setting)
      2. Yes: A reason is required when deleting a record. A Username and Password is also required.

Set or Change a Password

Set Security Permissions - who can / cannot access or complete an action

Add Common Security Reasons

Delete (reverse) an Invoice

Delete (reverse) a Receipt
