Set Automation Appointment Reminders, Recalls, Queries and Debtors E-mail Send Method

If using Automation for Appointment Reminders, Recalls, Queries and/or Debtors the e-mail send method should be selected.

  1. Go to Location Setup > General tab

  2. Group: Automation

    1. Send Automation emails as
      mceclip0.png

      1. File Attached RTF: The letter is sent as a file attached to the e-mail (not recommended)
        mceclip0.png

      2. HTML format: The letter will be sent in the body of the e-mail (recommended)
        mceclip3.png
