Treatment Plans can be marked as Inactive after a determined number of days from the creation date.
This avoids the patient appearing in Incomplete Treatment Plan Queries and Reports.
- Go to Location Setup > General tab

Make Treatment Plans Inactive After x days of Creation: Enter the required number of days

This is processed once per day. See Set Time to Check for Inactive Treatment Plans to set the time of day to check for inactive Treatment Plans.
