Create a Polyline pattern on an image.

Double click on the image (The object will be present in the screen)

Go to Tools menu > Annotations > Polyline or

Right click on the image > Polyline

Define a starting point with the cursor by clicking on the image

Drag the cursor over the image to make a line

Click on the red square to create a intersection
-
Drag the cursor over the image to make a second line
-
Repeat above steps if required.

Double click on the red square to stop drawing or right click > Finish Annotation

Double click on Annotation to change colour and line width
