Create an Arrow pattern on an image.

Double click on the image (The object will be present in the screen)

Go to Tools menu > Annotations > Arrow or

Right click on the image > Arrow

Define a starting point with the cursor by clicking on the image

Drag the cursor over the image to make an arrow

Click on the red square at the end of the arrow to lock the arrow size

Double click Arrow Annotation to change colour and line width of arrow
-
Click OK
