National Dental Plan: Patient has not return for treatment

Prior to starting treatment - if an agreement has been activated or sent to Humm. Then send an email (include agreement number) to operations@shophumm.com.au requesting cancellation in writing. This should be sufficient.

Whilst in the middle of treatment– if every endeavour has been made to contact the patient. Then the practice would email Humm and request a downwards adjustment.
