Create Automation Batches Per Location

In this article you will find the following:

    Automation batches can be separated by Location. This is useful when running multiple Locations from the one database.

    1. Go to Location Management > Automation tab

    2. Select Appointments, Recalls or Queries sub-tab

      1. Select Batch for Each Location from the Location drop list

      2. The setting is available in the Appointments, Recalls and Queries tabs.

    Preview upcoming batches

    1.  Go to Location Management > Automation > Batches sub-tab

    2. Click Upcoming Batchesmceclip1.png

    3. A separate batch will now be created for each Location
