Enable High Resolution Preview of Mediasuite Images

In this article you will find the following:

    If Mediasuite is being used and thumbnails of the images are being viewed in 2D and 3D Charting, a high resolution preview of the image can be seen. 

    1. Go to Location Setup > General tab

    2. Group: Charting

    3. Select Enable high resolution preview

      1. ON: Enables High Resolution Preview

      2. OFF: Default setting

    1. Go to Patient Records > Charting tab

    2. Double click on the thumbnail                                                                           

    3. The image will appear in a new window. No changes can be made to the image. The window can be resized and moved around on the screen

    4. Click a thumbnail to see another image
