Identify the User Who Created a Receipt


When a user attempts to process a receipt, they must enter a username and password to log who performed the action. 

  1. Go to Location Setup > General tab 

  2. Group: Accounting: Invoices & Receipts

    1. Identify the user who created the receipt

      1. Yes: A username and password must be entered

      2. No: The user will not be logged                                                                     mceclip0.png

Find Receipt

  1. Go to Patient Records > Receipts tab 

  2. Receipts menu > Find Receipt

  3. Enter the Receipt ID and click Find

  4. The name of the user that created the receipt will be displayed
