Merge Medical Conditions

In this article you will find the following:

    If the same Medical Condition has been added multiple times, they can be merged together.

    1. Go to Location Setup > Allergy/Med tab 

    2. Select the duplicate Medical Condition and click Merge

    3. Select the Medical Condition to merge with and click OK

    4. Click OK
