The following new and enhanced features are available in Web Stable 46 and higher. Web Stable releases are automatically applied to the service; however, some features are dependent on D4W too. To receive the full benefits of the eService features we recommend being on the latest build of D4W.

eAppointments: The Appointment Reason None is not visible
The Appointment reason none is hidden to allow for a better workflow for the patient making an appointment.
eAppointments: The Weekly display of appointments has been increased
For the patient's experience when searching for appointments on the desktop the view of appointments has increased. When they select This Week, Next Week, Next Available and more appointments are available a more button will appear. For the mobile version, the patient can keep scrolling the page until no more appointments are available.
eAppointments: On the Search Page the Provider and Reasons order can be customised.
The search page has been designed so the Provider and Reasons can appear in alphabetical order, or the order is chosen by the practice - Instructions
A Simple Search for Locating Appointments
For the patient making an appointment on the desktop, there is new interface for multi-location practices.
Improvements to Creating an Account
For the patient creating an account, modifications have been made to make the process easier.

Selecting a practice from multi-locations is made easier with the introduction of predictive text

For the mobile version, the numeric keyboard will display when entering the mobile number or confirmation code
Improvements to Easy Booking Mode
For the patient using Easy Booking mode, modifications have been made for a better patient experience. Before closing out of the feature, and after the patient receives the confirmation of their appointment:
