^DVA Online: Interface module EasyclaimC.dll not found

Interface module EasyclaimC.dll not found

Cause

Error shows when the Medicare EasyClaim module is not installed or is corrupted.

Fix

1. Open File Explorer

2.  In the Address bar, type in \\ followed by the name of the server e.g \\myserver and then followed by \CSAdmin\D4w_Storage\CIK\Utilities [Resources]\HConnect

3. Run HicapsMCare.exe 

4. Click Next on Hicaps Connect with Medicare Easyclaim window                                         

5. If presented with the Ready to Install the Program window, follow the below:

   1. Click Install                                                                                                

   2. Click Finish on Install Shield Wizard Completed window                              

6. If presented with the Program Maintenance window, follow the below:

   1. Select Repair and click Next                                                                            

   2. Click Install on Ready to Repair the Program window                        

   3. Click Finish on Install Shield Wizard Complete window                              

7. Error should be resolved
