This general setting allows users to choose which date is entered in the Treatment tab when an appointment is copied/moved to the Cancellation List.

Go to Location Setup > General tab
Group: Appointment Book
1. Date used in FTA/UTA Treatment Items
  1. Appointment Date: The date entered in the Treatment tab is the Appointment date
  2. Cancellation Date: The date entered in the Treatment tab is the date when the Appointment was cancelled
