When printing with D4W Cloud, the printers connected to the local computer must be redirected to the Cloud session. Therefore, there will likely be a printing delay as soon as D4W Cloud is opened to allow for this to happen.

Setup printer delay
If a delay is activated, you will be required to wait this period each time you open D4W Cloud. For example, if a user opens D4W Cloud now, they will need to wait 20 seconds before printing anything. This timer provides adequate time for printers to be discovered on the local computer and then redirected to the Cloud session.

Setup Printer
When using D4W Cloud, the printer options must be set to Default Printer. A nominated printer must be set as the default printer for the computer, and D4W Cloud will use this printer. If you need to use a different printer for a one-off purpose, you must choose this printer from the menus in D4W Cloud. Please note the printer will be called the common name but also include a redirection number.
