Appointments for new patients can be made from the D4W Mobile App.

From the Main Menu tap Appointments

Tap the required Appointment Book

Available dates and times will appear. Tap the desired time to create the appointment.

The selected slot will be highlighted in yellow. Tap to make the appointment.

Tap Create Appointment

Tap Enter new patient
-
Enter the patient's details and tap Create to create the appointment
-
The new patient's record has been created and the appointment has been been inserted into the Appointment Book.
