-Create Audit Report on changed Treatment Records

In this article you will find the following:

    Any changes made in Treatment Plan/Treatment can be recorded and reported in Audit Trail reports.

    1. Go to Location Setup > General tab

    2. Group: Treatment

      1. Create Audit Report on changed Treatment Records:

        1. Yes: Any changes will be included in the Audit Trail

    Changed Treatment Records Audit Trail Report

    Changed Treatment Plans Audit Trail Report

    Deleted Treatment Plan Audit Trail Report

    Changed Fees in Treatment Records Audit Trail Report

    Changed Fees in Treatment Plan Records Audit Trail Report
