In this article you will find the following:

    Setup items that require attachments when submitting a claim. 

    Example: xRays are required when submitting RCT claims. 

    1. Go to Location Setup > Items tab

    2. Find an item > Other Details sub-tab

    3. Place a tick in eClaims Attachment is required mceclip4.png
