National Dental Plan: Patient SMS and Application Steps

In this article you will find the following:

    Once the application has been submitted, the patient will receive an SMS with instructions to agree to the contract.  

    1. The 3rd link found in the SMS is the Agreement

      1. Applicants should read details within other links also.

    2.  The patient enters Unlock Code supplied by the Practice 

    3. The patient accepts the application

      1. If the Patient/Applicant selects Agree or I do not agree, the Merchant can print the agreement and have them signmceclip5.png
