In this article you will find the following:

    Once the National Dental Plan application has been submitted, the status of the application can be viewed.

    View Recent Applications

    1. Go to National Dental Plan website > For Dentists 

    2. Select Seller Portal

    3. Login with Merchant number and password

    4. Select Recent Applications

    5. All applications submitted in the last 45 days will appearmceclip9.png
