-Print a Phone List in Automation

After a batch has been processed where patients require a phone call will appear in the Not Sent column to be actioned. 

  1. Go to Location Management > Automation tab
  2. Click Batches sub-tab
  3. Click the word Resolve in the Not Sent column

    1. Click Print List

    2. The list of patients can now be printed
      mceclip3.png
    3. The batch can now be marked as completed
